Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective from June 2026.
Milford on Sea is a media platform, not a travel agency, and we do not sell tickets or tours directly. This policy covers the limited paid services we do offer, such as future paid memberships and digital products.
1. Scope
This policy applies to digital products and memberships purchased directly from milfordonsea.com. It does not apply to flights, ferries, trains, accommodation or tours, which are subject to the policies of their respective providers.
2. Digital products
Where we offer downloadable guides or paid editorial content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been substantially consumed.
3. Memberships
Paid memberships can be cancelled at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate unused portions of a paid period unless required by local law.
4. Newsletter
The newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
5. How to request a refund
Email contact@milfordonsea.com from the address used at purchase, with the order reference. We respond within 5 business days.
6. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase and refund cycles. Refunds for fraudulent transactions are issued without question once verified.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised effective date.
